How text messages from ARJ Labs work, and how to stop them.

The texting program

Program name: ARJ Labs text messages.

When you tick the optional texting box on our build request form, or text us first, ARJ Labs may text you about your website project and request: replies to your questions, call times, and project and service updates. If you call us and we miss it, we may send one text so you know we will call you back.

How often and what it costs

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. You will get one text confirming you opted out, and no more texts after that.

Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (603) 605-0167 or alex@arjlabs.com.

Carriers and consent

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You can request a build and hire us without agreeing to texts.

Your privacy

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and your texting consent.
