Fit

For owners who want the system—not a replacement operator.

The strongest ESM engagement starts with a well-run property, an owner who values hospitality, and a clear commercial gap.

Good fit

You want to keep the house.

  • One or a few strong independent homes
  • Cleaner and local vendor relationships already work
  • You value your guest communication style
  • You want stronger pricing, distribution, direct demand, and retention
  • You will provide accurate property facts and approve public claims

Not a fit

You need full property management.

  • Someone else must run cleaning and maintenance
  • You want all guest communication handed off
  • You need guaranteed revenue or ranking results
  • You will not maintain safe, guest-ready operations
  • You want systems launched without owner approvals

Property assessment

What we need to evaluate the fit.

A useful first conversation is specific. It does not require a polished brief.

  1. Property location, type, and approximate annual booking pattern.
  2. Current marketplaces, PMS, direct site, and payment or inquiry path.
  3. How rates are set today and where performance feels weak.
  4. Who handles guests, cleaning, maintenance, and local vendors.
  5. What you want to keep doing and what you want ESM to operate.

Decision standard

An honest “not yet” is useful.

If the property still needs operational stabilization, safety work, or a full-service manager, ESM should not be the first engagement. We will say so.
